Who is responsible

What we collect

We collect the information you enter into our waitlist form:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your organisation, golf club or society, if you choose to provide it; and
• a record that you consented to receive waitlist and launch updates.

Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical request information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp, to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use your waitlist information to manage your registration and send you Mini Major Club availability, waitlist and launch updates. Our lawful basis is your consent. Providing the information is optional, and there is no contract or legal obligation to join the waitlist.

We use limited technical information where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and diagnosing the website. We do not use the waitlist information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who processes it

We use Formspree as our form-processing provider. Form submissions are sent directly to Formspree and made available to Mini Major Club Limited. We may also use hosting, email and security providers where necessary to operate the waitlist and website. We do not sell your personal information.

Formspree hosts its services in the United States and states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers as a data processor. You can read more on Formspree’s security page. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you withdraw consent, the waitlist purpose has ended, or 12 months after collection, whichever happens first. We may keep a minimal suppression record if needed to ensure we respect a withdrawal request. Technical and security records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for website operation and protection.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@minimajorclub.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, transfer it, or stop processing it. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our service or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated notice here and change the date above. If a change materially affects how we use existing waitlist information, we will tell affected people before that new use begins.
